Get To Know Basque Cuisine
The Basque Country is situated in the southwest of Europe, lying between the Aturri River to the north and the Ebro River to the south. It is one of the oldest and strongest cultures in Europe, encompassing the region located in northern Spain on the Bay of Biscay. The area straddles the frontier between southern France and Spain. Culture and origins are distinct from those of the rest of Spain in many ways, which include the Spanish way of life.
